Wearing clothes made of the wrong material can be the reason behind body odor. It is essential to pay attention to the clothes you choose, especially during warm weather or if you have the tendency to sweat more.

Choose clothing that will allow your skin to breathe, which will result in more efficient evaporation of sweat. Choose clothes made of natural fibers such as wool, silk or cotton. These materials can easily absorb moisture from your body and help to keep you dry for a longer period of time.

  3. Tea Tree Oil and Rosemary Oil
  • Add two drops of tea tree oil or rosemary oil to one cup of water.
  • Pour the solution into a spray bottle.
  • Use this solution as a deodorant to control body odor.

  1. To prevent body odor, eat wheat grass on an empty stomach every morning along with one glass of water. The chlorophyll present in wheat grass will help in reducing body odor.
  2. Turnip juice has antibacterial properties and can be applied over areas of your body that sweat heavily. You must also include turnip in your diet plan.
  3. To reduce the pH of your skin and eliminate body odor you can use apple cider vinegar, diluted with water as a rinse for your body.
  4. Boil some mint leaves in four cups of water and then add this water to your bath water and soak in this water for a few minutes.
  5. You can also use a tablespoon of honey mixed with lukewarm water for your final rinse. It will help to keep body odor in check.
  6. Pour some tomato juice in the bathtub. You must soak in this mixture for about ten minutes daily to eliminate body odor.
  7. Herbal tea made up of sage can also be consumed two to three times a day to prevent bad body odor.

    i tried acv nd tea tree oil but they have not helped me yet i dont know whether is too early or not i used those 2 products to get rid of body odor pls help am desparate pls

    Im 16 & i sweat alot under my armpits it gives a bad odour, its so embarrassing sitting next to someone when im at college cuz they can smell it. I tried anti perspirant deodarant that didnt helped. Im not sure if baking soda will work for me because i sweat everyday but not at night times.. I need help quick
