Tips to Prevent a Puffy Face

  • As facial puffiness is mostly attributed to water retention, it is essential to drink plenty of water and fluids throughout the day. In addition, limit your salt intake as it makes your body retain water.
  • Avoid taking alcoholic and caffeinated beverages.
  • At times, a puffy face is the result of general obesity. In such cases, it is advised to control your weight by embarking on a healthy diet, and including regular physical activity and exercise in your routine.

Dos and Don’ts

Dos Don’ts
tickDo keep your head elevated while sleeping by using several pillows to avoid puffiness due to pooling of blood in your face. crossDo not ignore facial puffiness when accompanied by other symptoms like swelling around the eyes, tiredness, dry skin, unexplained weight gain, hoarse voice, etc. as is could be indicative of hypothyroidism.
tickDo massage your face as well as neck before and after sleeping.

i seriously dont know why my face swell even if i took a lot of pillows over my head sometimes i think it depends on the mood of my face weather it wishes to swell or not im soo sad for that because at night my face look so much better than morning. In morning it becomes little puffy, eyes swell up and lips get little puffy and then i think omfg!! it looks so bad but at night it looks not that much bad now i think it became a part of my life i want to go according to my face mood.

I am suffering from Alopecia areata since my childhood.
But since two years its converted into Alopecia universalis. Because of all the canacod injections n the steroids tab i use to take my face is swollen.
    Any advices sir please.
I wanna reduce the swelling but its not going. As there r no eyebrows too, it doesn’t look good.

The egg white one is really cool and your face will fill amazing afterwards…only do it like twice a week because it will dry you out.
